Guy Irvine Plastering.
In plastering the finish sells the job, so I built Guy Irvine's site to lead with real work. Visitors drag a before and after slider across a skimmed hallway, see each service the business prices and can ask for a quote from any section, even on a phone.
HOVER TO SCROLL
From brief to launch.
Most visitors arrive on a phone after spotting a crack, so I built each stage of this site around showing results quickly and making quotes easy.

01 discover
The work sells itself
I identified finished walls as the business's strongest proof and mobile visitors as the main audience.
-
02 plan
Work first
I put a real job at the top, followed by service cards, the gallery, the blog and an FAQ.
-
03 design
Raw plaster tones
I kept the palette pale and neutral with one orange highlight so photos of finished rooms stand out.

04 build
Comparison slider
I coded the before and after hallway slider and made sure it drags smoothly with one finger on a touchscreen.

Blog and FAQ
I set up a beginner plastering blog and an FAQ covering lead times and domestic versus commercial jobs.

Quote options
I added a free quote invitation to each service block, kept the quote button near the top on phones and offered call and email alongside the form.
The build, step by step.
- Drag to see the difference. The homepage opens with an interactive before and after comparison of a hallway after a fresh skim.
- A card per priced job. Rendering, skimming, media walls and dry lining each have their own card ending in a free quote prompt.
- Colours close to plaster. Pale neutral tones with a single orange accent keep attention on the photographed walls.
- Trust from real rooms. A gallery of completed jobs and plenty of top-rated feedback on Google do the persuading.
- Help before the call. A beginner plastering blog and an FAQ about lead times and home versus commercial work answer common questions, with call and email as alternatives to the form.
