Philly Snow Removal.
I built Philly Snow Removal's site to win commercial contracts, listing the property types it serves, four core services and a quote form that asks for the property type upfront.
HOVER TO SCROLL
From brief to launch.
Commercial property managers want a reliable contractor with the equipment to handle big lots, so I planned this site around capability and quick quotes.
-
01 discover
Commercial only
I found the company wanted fewer driveway calls and more property contracts.
-
02 plan
Property types first
I planned the homepage around who they serve, services, quote form and blog.
-
03 design
Dark and crisp
I used a dark header, clean white sections and a bright blue accent.
-
04 build
Quote form and FAQ
I built the service grid, quote form with property types and an FAQ accordion.
-
05 optimise
Local search
Blog posts target Philadelphia snow questions and link back to the services.

Built for contracts
Property managers can now request a quote for their exact property type.
The build, step by step.
- A clear service area. The header names Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties and the commercial focus.
- Property types served. A list covers industrial centres, shopping centres, medical facilities and government buildings.
- Four service cards. Government, emergency, de-icing and commercial snow removal each get a photo and summary.
- Pre-storm preparation. A section explains staking, brine and salting before a storm hits.
- A quote form with an FAQ. The form asks for the property type and sits beside answers on experience and response times.
- A snow removal blog. Posts on parking lot preparation and Philadelphia's snow ordinance support local search.
