Istueta Roofing.
I built Istueta Roofing's site to read like an architecture studio rather than a contractor directory, showing how the right profile, colour and detail change a South Florida home before it asks for a consultation.
HOVER TO SCROLL
From brief to launch.
Owners of premium Miami homes buy on design and trust, so I planned this site around craftsmanship and finished projects rather than price.
-
01 discover
Design-minded owners
I found Istueta's clients care how a roof looks from the street as much as how long it lasts.
-
02 plan
Material by material
I planned a page per roof type and service, plus service area and portfolio menus.
-
03 design
Editorial and refined
I used a serif display face, deep red from the logo and warm off-white to match premium architecture.
-
04 build
Proof in motion
I built the credentials ticker, service grid and a video project gallery.
-
05 optimise
Light on mobile
The aerial hero and project videos are sized so the estimate button loads first on a phone.

A site that matches the roofs
The company now presents its tile and metal work with the polish its clients expect.
The build, step by step.
- A full-bleed aerial hero. A drone shot of a red tile roof leads, with a free estimate button and phone number on top.
- A credentials ticker. A scrolling band lists 41+ years, CertainTeed ShingleMaster Pro, Ludowici Elite Crown and the Google rating.
- Design-led positioning. A Profile, Color and Details section explains why the roof shapes how the whole house looks.
- Nine service cards. Replacement, repair, metal, tile, shingle, flat roofing, gutters, skylights and a maintenance programme each get a card.
- Video project gallery. Featured jobs in Coral Gables and Pinecrest link to YouTube walkthroughs with the roof type and neighbourhood.
