Case study

Willow Dumpsters.

Wrong-size orders cost Willow Dumpsters time on the phone, and the business also needed to rank in local search. I built a site that pairs dimension-labelled size cards with long guidance on renting in Huntersville, plus a clear town list and coverage map.

// how it was built

From brief to launch.

I approached Willow Dumpsters as a local search project first and a brochure second, with every stage aimed at fewer sizing mistakes.

  1. 01 discover

    Ranking and sizing

I focused on two problems: earning visibility for North Carolina searches and cutting down calls about wrong container sizes.

  2. 02 plan

    Content-led structure

I mapped long guidance sections, size cards, an accepted waste row and a service area module into one clear order.

  3. 03 design

    Truck-blue buttons

I opened with an oversized logo over a truck tipping a load, taking the button colour from its blue paintwork.

  4. 04 build

    Dimension cards

I coded size cards that list exact measurements, each with a call button attached, plus the icon row of accepted waste.

  5. 05 content

    Local guidance

I laid out the Huntersville rental content, the right-size guide and the list of prohibited items for readability and search.

    Coverage and trust

I finished the town list and shaded map, a fleet photo strip and testimonials, and checked the phone number in the header, hero and cards.

What I did

The build, step by step.

  • Sizes with real measurements. Every size card lists the container's length, width and height, so customers compare by numbers instead of guessing.
  • Writing built for search. I organised in-depth writing about Huntersville rentals, how to pick the right roll-off and what the company won't take.
  • Accepted waste at a glance. A row of icons shows the wide range of debris the company does accept, so customers can check before they book.
  • Coverage you can check. A block pairs the list of served towns with a shaded map of the service regions.
  • A call button under each size. On phones every container keeps its own call button and the town list collapses into a single column.
