Case study

Expert Witness Team.

I built Expert Witness Team's WordPress site as a sequence of evidence: services, then case studies, then attorney testimonials, then the experts themselves. By the time a lawyer reaches the consultation form, the site has already made its argument.

// how it was built

From brief to launch.

Lawyers size up an expert witness group almost instantly, so I planned this WordPress build to read like proof rather than a pitch.

  1. 01 discover

    Credibility on sight

I focused on how attorneys judge a panel of experts and what they need to see before making contact.

  2. 02 plan

    Order of proof

I sequenced the service grid, case study rows, attorney quotes and the directory so trust builds before the consultation form appears.

  3. 03 design

    Courtroom tone

I used gavel and scales photography with navy and old gold bands, and ivory behind the practice tiles for a printed brochure feel.

  4. 04 build

    WordPress sections

I built expandable case study rows, a testimonial slider, linked expert cards and a booking form whose client type dropdown sits beside the visiting hours.

  5. 05 optimise

    Phone layout

I made the consultation button full width and turned the numbered strip into single rows on small screens.

  6. 06 ✓ shipped

    Closing signals

The page finishes on an email signup and a footer of logos from major news networks and the business press that covered the team.

What I did

The build, step by step.

  • Evidence before the ask. The homepage moves from services to case studies, testimonials and finally the expert directory, with the booking form after.
  • Case studies on demand. Rows open with a click, so attorneys read only the matters that match their case.
  • The offer in three lines. A numbered strip below the hero sums up what the team provides.
  • Directory with profiles. Expert cards link out to each person's social accounts.
  • Built for a national audience. A language switcher and accessibility controls sit alongside a consultation form that asks what type of client is enquiring.
