Case study

Turf Care Property Maintenance.

I built a lawn care site around one product: an annual treatment program. A plain services list would have undersold it, so I laid out each application across the season with the starting price and instalment option, and made a custom quote one click away.

// how it was built

From brief to launch.

The business sells a program, not a visit, so I planned the build to explain that program before asking for contact.

  1. 01 discover

    Selling the season

I confirmed the annual plan was the core product and that price transparency would help, not hurt, enquiries.

  2. 02 plan

    Treatment sequence

I laid out the program's applications in seasonal order and planned the supporting sections for weeds, pests and renewal.

  3. 03 design

    Layered greens

I built the palette around customers' striped lawns and gave crabgrass a darker, textured section of its own.

  4. 04 build

    Pricing and quote form

I coded the pricing section with instalment option and the custom quote form launched from the header.

  5. 05 content

    Local and related

I listed the Windsor and Essex County towns under the hero and added the sister sprinkler company promotion.

    Small screen checks

I made sure the town list folds onto extra lines and the quote link stays in the header at every width.

What I did

The build, step by step.

  • Price in plain sight. The flagship program shows its starting cost and a payment instalment option right beside the plan.
  • The whole season listed. Every treatment appears in order, from spring crabgrass prevention and fertilizer to the late autumn feed.
  • Crabgrass as the villain. I gave the weed a dedicated section with a dark, textured backdrop so it pops against the greens.
  • Every problem covered. Separate sections handle broadleaf weeds, pests, overseeding and dethatching, and one promotes a partner irrigation business.
  • Quote link on every screen. The header button opens a custom quote form, and the served towns under the hero wrap instead of getting cut off on phones.
