Case study

EB5 Resources.

I built a WordPress site for an investment visa advisor whose founder went through the same process himself. Trust comes first for investors committing a large sum, so I led with his story and the free guidance, then ordered the page along an investor's path to active projects.

// how it was built

From brief to launch.

Investor trust shaped every decision, so I planned the build from the credibility points outward.

  1. 01 discover

    Two trust points

I pinned down the founder's own visa journey and the no-cost guidance as the two facts to lead with.

  2. 02 plan

    The investor path

I sequenced services, proof, projects, biography, blog and FAQ to match how an investor weighs a decision.

  3. 03 design

    Teal and cream

I paired alternating panels with serif headings, a dramatic bridge image and a dot-pattern world map.

  4. 04 build

    Sliders and accordions

In WordPress I built the arrow-controlled testimonial slider, the project carousel and FAQ accordions on two sections.

  5. 05 integrate

    Signup and compliance

I added the footer email form with its terms notice plus the broker lookup and disclosure links.

  6. 06 ✓ shipped

    Mobile layout

On phones I kept the headline bold, placed the two primary buttons below the intro and centred the founder quote in a single column.

What I did

The build, step by step.

  • Styled like a wealth magazine. Deep teal and cream panels, tall serif headings and a dotted world map give the site a private-banking feel.
  • The founder speaks first. Straight after the hero, a full-width quote draws on the visa journey he made himself, with the no-cost message set in bold above it.
  • Ordered like the journey. Preparation services, testimonials, current projects, the founder bio, insights and FAQ follow the order an investor thinks in.
  • Projects the team can edit. A carousel lists active investment projects, each with an invest link, and the firm can add or remove them over time.
  • Compliance where expected. The footer carries the securities disclosure and a lookup for brokers, beside an email subscription form.
