Case study

Arrington Roofing.

I built Arrington Roofing's site to split commercial and residential visitors on the first scroll, then prove the company's 40-year track record with certifications, 370+ reviews and real Dallas projects before anyone is asked to call.

// how it was built

From brief to launch.

Property managers and homeowners both land on this site, so I planned it to route each one quickly and let the badges and projects do the selling.

  1. 01 discover

    Two buyers, one site

I found commercial clients and homeowners needed separate paths but the same proof of a 40-year history.

  2. 02 plan

    Split by roof owner

I planned commercial and residential service menus, roof financing and project galleries for each audience.

  3. 03 design

    Warm and established

I paired a classic serif with cream tones and the green from the logo, and let real roof photography lead.

  4. 04 build

    Proof everywhere

I built the badge wall, a multi-source review feed and project cards with location and date.

  5. 05 optimise

    Phone-first contact

The call button and inspection booking stay within thumb reach on mobile.

  6. 06 ✓ shipped

    Ready for both

Facility managers and homeowners now find their own services and the same reasons to trust the company.

What I did

The build, step by step.

  • Two calls to action in the hero. A phone button and a free roof inspection button sit side by side, with 24/7 emergency service in the header.
  • A badge wall under the hero. FORTIFIED, GAF Master Elite, BBB A+, Best of Dallas and other credentials line up before the first section.
  • Commercial and residential split. Two large photo cards send each audience to its own services, from TPO recovers to tile replacements.
  • Live reviews from three sources. A Google, Facebook and BBB review feed shows the 4.9 rating across 372 reviews.
  • Projects by neighbourhood. Featured commercial and residential jobs show the roof type, area and date, linked to full project pages.
  • Founder video. A section introduces the founder with a podcast episode about building the company in Dallas.
