Case study

Cal Pro Site Services.

I built Cal Pro's homepage so its main job is an availability check. Superintendents enter the service, delivery day and zip code in the hero, then see starting rates on plan cards, so they know cost and timing before they ever call.

// how it was built

From brief to launch.

Busy superintendents plan around pour days, so each stage of this build aimed at getting them an answer without a phone call.

  1. 01 discover

    Callbacks slow jobs

I found the real friction was waiting for a quote, so I set out to remove that step entirely.

  2. 02 plan

    Form first

I put the availability check at the top and the plan cards with starting rates right after it.

  3. 03 design

    Construction palette

I took red and black from safety signage and used only photos of the company's own installs.

  4. 04 build

    Booking flow

I built the availability form, the plan cards, the three-step booking graphic and a dated gallery covering everything from industrial installs to festival sites.

  5. 05 optimise

    Phone forms

I stacked form fields full width and made the header number tap to call.

  6. 06 ✓ shipped

    Book from site

A crew on site can now lock in a delivery date, check starting prices and book toilets or fencing without a quote request.

What I did

The build, step by step.

  • Availability in the hero. A short form asks for service, delivery day and zip code on the first screen.
  • Rates in the open. Plan cards show where pricing starts for portable toilets and for both kinds of fencing.
  • Booking in three steps. A simple graphic explains the booking process so nobody has to ask.
  • Safety sign colours. Red and black from high-visibility safety signs plus photos of real installed fencing and restroom units set the tone.
  • Job site friendly. Form fields stack at full width on phones, and the header number dials with one tap.
