Parkway Family Dental.
A lot of people dread the dentist, so Parkway Family Dental wanted new patients to meet the team online first. I built a site that opens on the full staff photo and gives visitors two ways in, by type of treatment or by the problem they have.
HOVER TO SCROLL
From brief to launch.
I built this site for the nervous first-time patient, so each step was about familiarity before any booking was asked for.
-
01 discover
Nervous newcomers
I started from the clinic's concern that anxious visitors wanted to see faces before sitting in the chair.
-
02 plan
Treatment or concern
I mapped two entry routes, one by discipline and one by symptom, so visitors land well whether or not they know what they need.
-
03 design
Matching portraits
I paired clinical white with blue gradient bands and gave every staff member a matching monochrome portrait.
-
04 build
Offer and service cards
I built the whitening offer, the Windsor treatment cards for aligners and veneers, and the first-visit FAQ.
-
05 integrate
Reply preference form
I set up the contact form so patients choose how they would like the clinic to respond.

Stacked for phones
I stacked image tiles and form inputs into one column on mobile and added daily opening hours to the footer.
The build, step by step.
- Meet everyone first. On desktop the hero shows the whole team, pictured together in the practice.
- Two ways to find care. Icon cards sort by discipline, while problem blocks start from a sore tooth, a gap, gum problems or dental fear.
- One team, one style. Dentists and support staff share matching monochrome portraits against clinical white and blue gradients.
- An offer with a condition. Patients who book a full examination get whitening free, alongside Windsor-focused cards for aligners and veneers.
- Answers before the visit. An FAQ for first appointments sits beside a contact form that asks how each patient wants a reply.
